Paris is divided into 20 administrative districts. Each district is like a separate city.
The 1st arrondissement is not only the center of Paris, but also one of the richest areas. The Louvre, Place Vendôme, the most expensive boutiques and luxury hotels, as well as the huge Les Halles shopping center are located here. In general, the 1st arrondissement is the tourist and commercial center of Paris.
The 2nd arrondissement is a very small area, but it is the financial center of Paris, although it is quite quiet and a good option for a stopover.
District 3 There are no tourist attractions here, but it is a quite quiet and safe area. Hotels there are quite cheap, but there are few of them. If you find a hotel that suits you, you can stay here, it is also convenient because you can easily reach the city center.
District 4 is where the Elysian Plain is located. The main avenue of Paris, Saint-Lazare, the oldest railway station, and the Arc de Triomphe, one of the symbols of France, also begin here. The President of France lives in the 8th arrondissement. The Elysee Palace is located near the Champs Elysees.
District 5 is the historical and official center of Paris. This area is home to City Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Marais district (the oldest part of Paris) and the Latin Quarter, which is also home to the Pompidou Center for Contemporary Art. The fourth district of On-Island is perhaps one of the best places for tourists. Wherever you stay during this period, you will be surrounded by the history of Paris, and Paris will be close to you.
The 6th arrondissement is home to the Latin Quarter, the Pantheon and the Sorbonne. It is very close to the center and easy to get to.
7th arrondissement Parisians' favorite area. Saint-Germain-des-Prés is the most pleasant and beautiful region. Philosophers and writers, and now intellectuals of Paris, lived here. This is where the Luxembourg Gardens are located. A great place to stop, but also quite expensive.
This is happiness!!!
In the eighth district there is the Eiffel Tower. You can easily choose a hotel with a view of the tower. There is also a Home for the Invalids, but this is not of great importance. Here is the Orsay Museum, the parliament building, the ministry and the embassy. So it's a pretty safe area, but there are too many tourists.
