12. In the case of foreign citizens - confirmation of the right of legal residence in the Republic of Armenia, which will be valid for another three months from the planned date of return from an EU member state. □ If a minor is traveling without parents or with one of the parents: birth certificate and copy, parents’ marriage certificate and copy. Consent of a parent or legal guardian only if the minor is traveling alone or accompanied by one of the parents. (The contract must indicate with whom the minor is traveling. 1. An application form duly completed in Spanish or English and signed by the applicant in person. For children who do not have their own passport, but are included in the passport of another mother/father, a form with a photo is also required. 2. Two good quality color photographs measuring 3.5 x 4.5 cm on a white background, taken within the last 6 months. One photograph must be attached to the application form.
3. A foreign passport valid for at least three months after the last expected date of departure from the Schengen area, containing at least two blank pages and not older than ten years.

9. Confirmation of accommodation (hotel reservation/copy of rental agreement for an apartment or house, etc.) for the entire period of stay, which can be verified by the Consulate.
10. A health insurance policy covering the entire period of stay or the first trip and valid in all Schengen countries (for those traveling to Andorra, the territorial coverage of the insurance policy must cover Schengen and Andorra). The policy covers all expenses that may arise due to repatriation for medical reasons, emergency medical treatment, emergency hospitalization or death of the applicant during the stay. Insurance coverage: $30,000 minimum. Printed in color or royal blue. Insured events are reimbursed by the Schengen country. In the case of policies issued by Russian insurance companies, such policies may be invalidated due to restrictive measures currently in force in the EU. A health insurance policy issued outside the Russian Federation may be required.
11. Booking round-trip air tickets.
12. If you are traveling in your own car, you must present copies of the vehicle's technical passport, driver's license and international car insurance (Green Card). If the car is rented, you must provide a rental agreement. A printed itinerary of the planned trip indicating the dates of crossing the borders of foreign countries is also provided.
13. Economic guarantees. Original certificate from the place of work. Applicants who own their own business must provide a copy of their business registration certificate and a copy of their Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) document. The validity period of these documents is 1 month from the date of issue.
14. Financial guarantees. 95 euros per person per day of stay (minimum 855 euros per person per trip). Original bank account statement (on bank letterhead) containing information on cash flows in the specified account for the last three months. The applicant can also provide a certificate of currency purchase. In case of trip sponsorship, a printed sponsorship letter and financial guarantees of the sponsor (bank account statement or currency purchase certificate) are provided.
15. Foreign citizens present one of the following documents: residence permit, temporary residence permit, work permit, work permit or long-term visa from the consular department of the Consulate in the Republic of Armenia. The applicant must confirm his permanent residence in the territory of the Republic of Armenia during the last 6 months with one or more documents listed above.
16. For minors traveling unaccompanied by parents (guardians), it is necessary to provide a notarized consent for departure of both parents if the minor is traveling alone, with a third person or organization. The notary agreement must indicate the name of the person who will accompany the minor during the trip and the name of the adult who will be responsible for the child during his stay in Spain. The notarial consent must be issued not long ago (no later than 6 months from the date of submission of documents) and fully cover the duration of the trip. For minors traveling with only one parent/guardian, a notarized consent to travel from the other parent/guardian must be provided. If a child is traveling with parents/one of the parents/another person accompanying the child during the trip, and the parents/one of the parents/accompanying person already have visas/visas, then it is necessary to provide them/visa. a copy of it and an air ticket reservation confirming that the child is accompanied during the trip.
