Tolma is an ancient dish. The Urartian word "toli" means grape leaf, hence the Armenian name of the dish "tolma". It is found in different national cuisines, and each has its own version of tolma. Armenian bush tolma is a stuffed dish, stuffed and wrapped in grape leaves. The filling is usually made of rice or cereal and minced boiled meat (beef, lamb and/or pork).
In Armenia, bush dolma is one of the most popular and popular family dishes and no less a part of festive tables. It is usually served with yogurt with crushed garlic
