For azure water, go to the south of Vietnam, in December the air temperature is about +29-32 °C, and the water +26-28 °C. If you decide to go on an excursion to the north, keep in mind that it is cooler there. In Hanoi, the temperature can drop to +15-20 °C.
The best resorts in Vietnam are Nha Trang, Mui Ne and Phu Quoc. Mui Ne is especially liked by surfers, and Phu Quoc is for divers and snorkelers. In the central part of the country is the non-resort city of Dalat, which attracts tourists with its nature, lakes and waterfalls. The trip from the southern coast will take 2-3 hours.
