Sights of the Gulf of Riga

The Gulf of Riga is one of the richest attractions in Latvia. Its coastline has brought together the country’s “star” cities. The waters of this river wash the amazing city of Jurmala, where thousands of tourists from all over the world gather all year round, welcome guests hospitably, and international festivals and concerts are held in the famous Dinisi Concert Hall.
With the Gulf of Riga as a backdrop, you will take unusual photographs in the Enfurgi Nature Park, near Kuldiga. There is an amazing composition of rare flora and fauna here. You can watch flocks of beautiful birds living on the coast, visit a wild cave garden,
Lachupita Arboretum and even see a “blue cow” with an unusual gray-blue skin tone.
Another popular beach park is Piora. It occupies the entire coastal part of the Gulf of Riga from Lielupe to Sulkast. In the reservoirs and on their banks there are very rare biotopes, there is an unusual Pink Dune, covered with pink roses, and the Valley of Life - a small hollow where mosses and other deciduous trees grow in a continuous coniferous forest.
And, of course, we cannot fail to mention the sights of Riga in the Gulf of Riga area. Just 30 minutes drive from the tower.
It is in the old city that the great heritage of the huge capital is presented: many ancient temples and cathedrals, museums, historical, cultural and architectural monuments.
