About the culture of Greece

The culture of Greece was formed for several millennia, from the civilization of the mortar, and then continued in classical Greece and in Greece of Roman domination. The Ottoman yoke also influenced Greek culture. But even during the Greek revolution, brilliant musical works, literature and painting were created. Orthodox Christianity has a great influence on the modern culture of Greece. Some researchers, such as Robert Kagan, came to the conclusion that the modern culture of Greece is more associated with the empires of the battle and Ottoman than the culture of ancient Hellas.
